Chef Sarabjit Singh spent the next decade perfecting his art and climbing the ranks, until he was presented the opportunity of coming to Canada where he had his first foray into the world of fine dining. Despite that the peas were a bit under-cooked, I would definitely would have this again. They only cared and checked on us when it was closing time. They really should have a sign of the two options and prices, as the worker not very pleasant has to repeat it over and over again. Lastly, the overall restaurant was very clean and the interior design was very different from other Indian restaurants. I had paneer, okra, and last one I can't recall the name vegetarian meat ball.
The portions are generous and the food is really good. Im the customer, i should not be saying please to the waiter! I loved the kadhi and lentils. The first time me and the hubby tried out this place, the food was awesome and chef was a older sardar man, when he came out of the kitchen we thanked him and we thought great, we found the restaurant of our dreams, but at the same moment the 2 waiters 1 indian girl and 1 African guy came to us and while we were still eating our food said, " can u guys hurry and finish up your food we are closing up" so we did, but it didnt seem professional at all and we were aliitle taken aback, but i remember the guy had no smile on his face and had a plane face with a blank stare, which i then ignored. The whole experience was garnished with the absence of service for water, plates and silverware. Everything we ordered almost 6 different things were good. The food is so good, the customer service is great. We got butter Paneer, kadhi, veg biryani, butter chicken, chicken lollipops and lentils. This is my favorite place to eat Indian Food! The rotis were your standard all purpose flour affair crying out for some more wheat content. It's got the usual curries with orange goop to match the orange on the walls I'd imagine with your freshly baked tandoori breads and other north to pseudo-north Indian staples. Be sure to check out the Mirch Masala difference and why we are being hailed as one of the best high end Indian restaurants in Brampton.
